Trees

My walk every morning is filled with kids playing baseball, mulberries and bunny rabbits. 

It's a peaceful hobby, this whole getting in shape thing. I owe it to myself to go every morning, and I do get dressed, check the weather and try to walk before the Today show. 

Motivating myself is tough! On my walk today, I saw a huge tree that was victim to the high winds of yesterday. 

It reminded me that I can keep on keeping on. I can do this! I have to rely on my faith and fortitude.
