NADAL stalks Belmont field

NADAL is a bay colt bred in Kentucky and trained by Bob Baffert. NADAL is at 7 to 2 odds at the moment for the Belmont, which takes place on June 20th, 2020. In this very odd year, the Belmont will be the first of the Triple Crown races to be run, followed by the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness.

NADAL won the Arkansas Derby in early May by two and a half lengths! He was purchased for $65,000 as a yearling at Keeneland September sale, but then he was purchased for $700,000 at Fasig Tipton.

His owners are Arthur Hoyeau, Barry Lipman, Mark Mathiese, and George Batton.

NADAL is by Blame--Ascending Angel by Pulpit. He's undefeated, so he is a favorite!

What I like best about this horse is that he is he has gone from $65,000 to $700,000 in his sales worth. That is pretty impressive.
