Lexington Singers present Berlioz' REQUIEM

It's a breathtakingly complex score that demands a massive orchestra and a seasoned, fearless chorus. Even the world's most accomplished choirs hesitate to take it on. Little wonder it's never been performed in Kentucky before.

The Lexington Singers are going to change that; and ask you to join them as they make a little bit of history.

The Lexington Singers, UK Symphony Orchestra, and UK Chorale, conducted by John Nardolillo and Jefferson Johnson, perform Berlioz's REQUIEM for the 7th Annual UK School of Music Benefit Friday, April 23, 2010 at Singletary Center for the Arts, beginning at 7:30 p.m.  For reservations, call Singletary Center Box Office ~ 859.257.4929
