Dublin for the Derby?

I like Derby contender DUBLIN if for no other reason, for his name, but with his pedigree and experience, he's going to be a good bet for the Kentucky Derby on May 1.

DUBLIN finished third in the April 10 Arkansas Derby, and I figure a third place horse with an extra quarter-mile to run might just be able to beat the Derby pack and win the roses.

Earning $373,208, and trained by D. Wayne Lukas,  DUBLIN is son of Preakness winner AFLEET ALEX and out of the mare, CLASSY MIRAGE (her  papa was STORM BIRD, who raced in Ireland).

With all the history in his ancestry, an extra quarter mile and being trained by Lukas, DUBLIN will be sitting pretty come Derby day.
