Morning Has Broken

It is a glorious Sunday here in the Bluegrass. Below is the prayer we prayed together in worship earlier today.   I hope you find meaning and are inspired by its words.

Lord of all, Most Holy,
turn to us as we gather to worship.
Hear our songs of praise,
and heed our prayers for ourselves and others.
Speak to us in words ancient and fresh,
and as we listen,
fill us with your Spirit of peace.
Nourish us at your table,
and send us forth to share the good news
that you have come to us in Jesus the Christ
in whose name we pray. Amen
