Comedy on Rose

My neighbor, Desiree is her name,  has absolutely no regard for what is politically correct or PC in this world.

She she is like Leslie Jones, she seems to have no respect for anyone, unless they earn her respect through the nuances of their personality lol.

To visit Desiree is like to step inside of I Dream of Jeanie's bottle. Her place is immaculate, decorated in red and black, no matter where you go, and she decorates it to the nines.

To visit her is for me to laugh for hours on end without stopping, she is that funny, even though she is not trying to be.  Her reaction to a brownie I took to her last night was enough to kill me. I sat and had tears rolling down my cheeks as she described to me how she felt about a brownie. She said all kinds of bad words that I will not even think to say, and said that what is a brownie besides something that is not fudge or cake or cookie? It was just a piece of shit, she says lol. She had a lot more to add, but I will not go on, because I'm not as funny as she is.

A few years ago, I had the audacity to make her a tomato sandwich, with white bread, and took it over to her and she turned her nose up at it. She said she would take it but as soon as I left, she would throw it in her garbage. She told me that! I told her never mind, I'll go eat it myself, and I did. I love her, but she is a little bit on the crazy side. She knows it, too!

Even though I am moving in a few weeks, I will miss my neighbors on this end of the hall. We have a peaceful little end of our hallway on the 9th floor of Rose Tower, and yes, I will certainly miss Desiree, and Sly, my neighbors who are so kind to me. My other neighbor was arrested about a month ago, and I don't know what happened to him. However, he was a very sweet man who brought me food all the time.

I hope I am grateful tomorrow, and have a good day. I hope you do too, and pray for peace,

Kimmy
