Andy Candy
What flavor do you think Andy Candy would be? I like butterscotch. What do you think?
In these days of pandemic, we don't see any enough of our governor Andy Beshear.
Our daily updates back in the early days of this crisis virus were a comfort and calm to the state of Kentucky. Now, he appears when he has to, which is almost every day now that a surge in the disease is happening in Kentucky, too.
Thank goodness they have finally found the body of a poor lady that went missing a few years ago. Her father also has been murdered and there are no leads in either case. The lady who has been missing her body has been found we think in Nelson County. At the end of the day, there was no update, it is news that they are looking at the remains, I suppose. Still, I will keep her in my prayers.
Today we will find out the truth, I hope. My soap operas are the one thing that brings me joy every day, no matter who is dying or getting killed or marrying and being blown up. The soap opera Days of Our Lives is a production I have been watching since 1968.
My sister Becky would tell me everybody's story, and we would root for Julie and Doug and Hope and Kaye, etc. The Horton clan is still alive and kicking in Salem, oh, and for some reason that comforts me. These days, I watch Bold and Beautiful as well as bits and pieces of General Hospital.
So the weekend was ruined even further by the news that Regis Philbin died. Today there were all kinds of people talking about him on television, while John Lewis made his final trip to the Capitol Rotunda for his body to lie in state.
I'm going to turn on my air conditioning, close my bedroom door and shut out the rest of the world for tonight. Thank you for continuing to read my ramblings here in kimmyville. It's only named kimmyville because I used to write for a Blog called Whiskeytown. I got tired of the guy editing my stuff so I made my own blog and called it kimmyville.
It's pretty funny because a lot of people think it's my attempt at stroking the ego, and maybe it is! I do so very much enjoy writing, and editing my writing, and proofreading. I miss typos here and there, but we're in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, what do you expect? LOL
I hope your evening finds you in
peace,
Kimmy
