Amanda Shires & Ben Hall Tomorrow Night on WoodSongs (252.8888 to reserve seats)

Have you been to WoodSongs lately?  Tomorrow's a good night to rediscover this Monday night gem in the middle of downtown Lexington. Join host Michael Johnathon tomorrow night when  the multi-talented Amanda Shires and champion picker Ben Hall share the WoodSongs stage and entertain your socks off.

WoodSongs Monday April 11th:

Amanda Shires
Amanda Shires is a singing fiddle-playing Texan that just released her second solo CD called "Carrying Lightning." She deftly employs her fiddle/violin, ukulele and even whistling ... the resulting sound is a beautiful but woozily surrealistic swoon.

Amanda, was recently seen in the Hollywood movie Country Strong where she played the fiddle player in the band backing Gwyneth Paltrow's fictional country superstar.amandashires.net
