The University of Kentucky Opera Theatre presents the 19th Annual "It's a Grand Night for Singing." The annual pops concert will be a perfect way to kick off the summer theatrical season. Students of UK Opera Theatre alongside performers in the Lexington community come together to present songs from Broadway musicals, great Hollywood films and pop hits.
Selections include: "Sit Down You're Rockin the Boat" from "Guys and Dolls," "I'm a Believer" from "Shrek: the Musical," "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" from "The Lion King," Simon & Garfunkel's "Scarborough Fair," "Lullaby of Broadway" from "42nd Street," Gershwin's "I Got Rhythm," and many more!
