Peace Day This Saturday

What would a peaceful Peace Fair rev 2010.jpgworld look like?
Wouldn’t there be music and art and colors and fresh food from nearby and also taste treats from our global neighbors?

Wouldn’t it be knowing about and appreciating the cultures of the world and actively participating in creating socially, economically, and ecologically sustainable communities

Wouldn’t life be engaging and interesting and beautiful?

With the Peace and Global Citizenship Fair, the idea is to put peace, social justice, understanding, empathy, and ecological awareness front and center.

Please come for a day of music, art, activities, and lots of fun: Chinese dance, the Blind Corn Liquor Pickers, Water’s African soul music, peace lanterns, Haitian food, Native American crafts and culture, pottery making, fair trade, energy conservation, gardening, For the Next 7 Generations
Surely, if we can envision a world at peace, we have a chance of building that world together.

Please come, and bring your friends and family. The event is very child friendly!
