Don't Think Twice About Nice

In the midst of a pandemic, when food is short and toilet paper scarce, the best thing we can do is be nice whenever we can.
Marge is always nice!

Sure, there's going to be a grumpy person next door or down the hall, but all we can do is smile and hope that tomorrow will bring a better day for everyone.

I miss Farmers market!
I was happy to hear from someone to whom I sent my last blog - and they told me to keep writing. That's what a writer wants to hear, is it not?

Well, it is almost 5 p.m., and our lovely Governor Andy Beshear is about to begin his press conference for the day. I posted something nice about him today on Facebook, and a dozen trolls attacked me right away.

I do not know what is in their Kool-Aid these days, but some people just join groups to start arguments. That is no fun.

I hope the deaths in the state have gone down today, and I hope for everyone who has a loved one working in healthcare stays healthy.

11 deaths in my state today, because of the damned Coronavirus. Also, a number of new testing sites are opening up around the Commonwealth, and that is good news. We all need to know where we stand with this disease.

I got my economic stimulus check last week, and I am so happy today because I ordered myself some seafood from Schwans. It has been delivered, and I popped some in the oven, and oh my gosh, it was lovely. It was coconut shrimp with pineapple mango chutney LOL.

A little bit of good food can really raise your spirits, you know?

Peace and love,

Kimmy
